The Pines Preservation Guild offers an hour long consultation with one of our Federally Certified historic preservation specialists.
Included in this consultation is:
a walkthrough with the home owner of the property
an exterior analysis of character-defining elements
includes siding, windows, doors, roof material, shutters, etc
an interior analysis of character-defining elements
included siding, windows, doors, floors, fireplaces, ceilings, staircases, hardware, etc.
recommendations moving forward
tax credit eligibility, National Register inclusion, etc.
suggested donation for service: $150
$150 donation includes 1 year of Residential Membership to the PPG.
